Stormy Daniels sues Trump over non-disclosure assention

Washington, Mar 7 Adult star Stormy Daniels on Tuesday filed a civil lawsuit against United States President Donald Trump looking to nullify a non-disclosure understanding the previous had marked before the US presidential elections in 2016.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles by Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, charged that Trump’s legal advisor Michael Cohen attempted “to hush Clifford using a disgaraceful and procedurally defective arbitration proceeding hidden from public view” last week.

The lawsuit also said that the adult star had publicly claimed she had a “personal relationship” with Trump, following the disclosure that Cohen had paid her USD 130,000 preceding the 2016 race in October a year ago.

The lawsuit looks for a court order that would void an asserted non-disclosure agreement between Trump and Daniels. The suit also claims that Trump never consented to the arrangement “so he could later, if require be, freely deny any learning of the Hush Agreemen

Supreme Court declines to concede interim relief to Karti Chidambaram: INX media case

Delhi sealing case: Supreme court orders remain to Delhi Master Plan 2020

New Delhi, Mar 6 In a move to provide relief to the Traders association of Delhi the apex court on Tuesday requested a stay on the proposed changes to the Delhi Master Plan 2020.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) governed by the Bhartiya Janata Party had proposed to increase the Floor Area Ration (FAR) for the business foundations to shield the dealers from the on-going fixing drive in Delhi.

The sealing drive of the commercial establishments flouting provisions of the 2021 Master Plan started on January 7 in Khan Market on the orders of the Supreme Court-appointed monitoring committee.

According to the master plan, dealers using properties for mixed purposes, have to pay a one-time change charge at the rate informed by the Delhi Government.

Netanyahu: Air India permitted by Saudi to use its airspace to travel to Israel

Washington, Mar 6 Air India has been permitted by Saudi Arabia to fly over its region on its new course from New Delhi to Tel Aviv, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today, an extraordinary move which would decrease travel time between the two urban communities by more than two hours.

India’s national bearer Air India is booked to start its non-stop flight between New Delhi and Tel Aviv in few weeks from now.

Collaborating with reporters after his meeting with US President Donald Trump at the White House, Netanyahu said that Air India has consented to an arrangement with Saudi Arabia over the issue.

“Air India signed an arrangement today to travel to Israel over Saudi Arabia,” Netanyahu said.

So far Saudi Arabia has not allowed planes from any nation to fly over it and go to Israel.
